In 1979, Dave moved from the active world of the National Football League (New Orleans Saints) into a sedentary job. His playing weight combined with a serious back injury from his near fatal accident made it difficult to get back into shape physically. In the 90′s Dave changed the paradigm of exercise when he developed a new formula for fitness that allows anyone to get and stay fit in only 10-minutes a day.
